This was a tough one...listed for nearly a year (358 days to be exact) with another real estate company in a very soft condo market. After we got the 'come list me' call we discussed with the seller the feedback (or lack thereof) received during the listing term, analyzed the condo market in Bridgeland/Renfrew/Crescent Heights and decided to keep the listing price the same: $199,900.
We had out photographer come in and work his magic showcasing the condo in it's best light as your eye would see it. Had some beautiful listing brochures designed and set to work finding our buyer. After a very successful Facebook campaign, a few open houses and three times where we were the second favorite we found the one and sold firm for 96% of our asking price.
