2015 was an interesting time in the Calgary Condo market to say the least...Realtors, Buyers and Sellers alike had highs, lows and everything in between, the good news is 2015 is over and some of the excitement has   returned to the condo market.

In August we were fortunate to sell #105 in the Village of Inverness (or, as we call it: The Jewel of McKenzie Towne). As a condo Realtor I really appreciate the care with which your building and grounds are taken care of...it makes my job that much easier! During the selling process we had the opportunity to meet many of the neighbours. If I did not have a chance to meet you personally but you would like to chat Real Estate I would be more than happy to buy you a coffee anytime
